The off-season NBA rookie draft will consist of 3 fixed rounds, in reverse order of the final standings in the NBA fantasy league the year before (barring any traded picks). Each team will receive 1 four-year contract, 1 three-year contract, and 1 two-year contract. Each drafted player is eligible for the D-League roster immediately (a team can have up to 10 players on their D-League roster at any time). The contract begins the moment the player is brought up to the active roster. The player can be sent down again if it is within the allotted time frame (<82 games played at the NBA level), but their contract timer will not stop. Any extra contracts will be one year deals, and if an owner has less players than allotted contracts, they can choose which contracts to use.
The salaries for drafted players will be as follows:
1: $4 2: $2 3: $1
